- Online reservations are managed by the AVAILPRO software programme from the SIRIONA company.

- Any reservation cancelled MORE THAN 48 HOURS before the arrival date will be accepted WITHOUT PENALTY.
- Any reservation cancelled LESS THAN 48 HOURS before the arrival date, or in the case of a "NO SHOW", will incur a penalty of ONE NIGHT.
